- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 3 Akta Penjara 1995 [Akta 537], Menteri mengisytiharkan semua bangunan yang terletak di atas Lot 29126, Mukim Jeram, Daerah Kuala Selangor, Selangor dan yang dinamakan sebagai “Pusat Koreksional Puncak Alam, Selangor”, sebagai suatu penjara bagi maksud Akta bagi pemenjaraan atau penahanan orang dalam jagaan sah mulai 15 Februari 2018. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Prison Act 1995 [Act 537], the Minister declares all buildings situated on Lot 29126, Mukim Jeram, District of Kuala Selangor, Selangor and designated as “Pusat Koreksional Puncak Alam, Selangor”, to be a prison for the purposes of the Act for the imprisonment or detention of persons lawfully in custody with effect from 15 February 2018.
