- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subperenggan 42(a)(i) Akta Bekalan Gas 1993 [Akta 501], Perdana Menteri mengecualikan mana-mana kilang yang tertakluk kepada Akta Kilang dan Jentera 1967 [Akta 139] yang menjalankan aktiviti penggunaan gas daripada perenggan 11(g) Akta berkuat kuasa mulai 16 Januari 2018. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subparagraph 42(a)(i) of the Gas Supply Act 1993 [Act 501], the Prime Minister exempts any factory which is subject to the Factories and Machinery Act 1967 [Act 139] which carries out the activity of use of gas from paragraph 11(g) of the Act with effect from 16 January 2018.
