- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subperenggan 42(a)(i) Akta Bekalan Gas 1993 [Akta 501], Perdana Menteri mengecualikan Sabah Energy Corporation Sdn Bhd daripada perenggan 11(a) dan 11(c) Akta berkuat kuasa mulai 16 Januari 2018.
