Preamble
- BAHAWASANYA kerusi Ahli bagi Bahagian Pilihan Raya Negeri N.27 Rantau, Negeri Sembilan telah menjadi kosong berikutan dengan keputusan Mahkamah Persekutuan Malaysia, yang bersidang di Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya bahawa pilihan raya bagi Bahagian Pilihan Raya tersebut pada 9 Mei 2018 adalah terbatal bagi Ahli tersebut. SILA AMBIL PERHATIAN bahawa Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya telah mengeluarkan writ pilihan raya pada 6 Mac 2019 kepada pegawai pengurus Bahagian Pilihan Raya Negeri N.27 Rantau, Negeri Sembilan dan bahawa hari penamaan bagi Bahagian Pilihan Raya tersebut ialah pada 30 Mac 2019 dan bahawa sekiranya pilihan raya itu dipertandingkan dalam Bahagian Pilihan Raya ini, maka hari mengundi awal ialah pada 9 April 2019 dan hari mengundi ialah pada 13 April 2019. Preamble
- WHEREAS the seat of the Member of the State Constituency of N.27 Rantau, Negeri Sembilan has become vacant in consequence of the decision of the Federal Court of Malaysia, sitting at the Federal Territory of Putrajaya that the election of the said Constituency on 9 May 2018 was void for the said Member. TAKE NOTICE that the Election Commission has issued an election writ on 6 March 2019 to the returning officer of the State Constituency of N.27 Rantau, Negeri Sembilan and that the day of nomination in respect of the said Constituency shall be 30 March 2019 and that in the event of a contested election in this Constituency, the advance polling day shall be 9 April 2019 and the polling day shall be 13 April 2019.
