PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 61(2) Akta Pencegahan Pengubahan Wang Haram, Pencegahan Pembiayaan Keganasan dan Hasil daripada Aktiviti Haram 2001 [Akta 613], notis diberikan kepada mana-mana pihak ketiga yang menuntut mempunyai apa-apa kepentingan dalam harta yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang menjadi hal perkara dalam pertuduhan terhadap Muhammad Razik bin Mohamed Riyaludin supaya hadir di hadapan Mahkamah Sesyen 4, Johor Bahru pada 27 Mei 2019 jam 9.00 pagi untuk menunjukkan sebab mengapa harta itu tidak boleh dilucuthakkan.

NOTICE TO THIRD PARTIES

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 61(2)

of the Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful

Activities Act 2001 [Act 613], notice is given to any third party who claims to have any interest in the properties specified in the Schedule which are the subject matter in the charge against Muhammad Razik bin Mohamed Riyaludin to attend before the Sessions Court 4, Johor Bahru on 27 May 2019 at 9.00 a.m. to show cause as to why the properties shall not be forfeited.
