NOTICE TO THIRD PARTIES

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 61(2)

of the

Anti-Money

Laundering,

Anti-Terrorism

Financing and

Proceeds of

Unlawful Activities Act 2001 [Act 613], notice is given to any third party who claims to have any interest in the properties specified in the Schedule which are the subject matter in the proceedings under subsection 56(1) of the Act against Manat Suksuwan to attend before the High Court, Kuala Terengganu on 22 July 2019 at 9.00 a.m. to show cause as to why the properties shall not be forfeited.

Cash totalling RM1,810,200.00 in the possession of Manat Suksuwan which was seized on 22 August 2017

Cash in Singapore currency totalling SGD189,810.00 in the possession of

Manat Suksuwan which was seized on 22 August 2017
