Opening note

Preamble

BAHAWASANYA, melalui P.U. (B) 213/2014 yang disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Persekutuan pada 12 Mei 2014, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965] sebagaimana yang diubahsuaikan oleh Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya (Pengubahsuaian Kanun Tanah Negara) 2001 [P.U. (A) 213/2001], yang diberikan kepada Kerajaan Persekutuan dan diwakilkan kepadanya melalui Pemberitahuan yang disiarkan dalam P.U. (B) 360/2002, Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya telah merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu suatu tapak untuk taman awam yang dikenali sebagai Taman Pancarona dan telah menetapkan bahawa Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu: DAN BAHAWASANYA, melalui P.U. (B) 360/2002 yang disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Persekutuan pada 28 November 2002, Kerajaan Persekutuan telah mewakilkan penjalanan kuasanya di bawah seksyen 64 Kanun Tanah Negara kepada Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya: DAN BAHAWASANYA, didapati suai manfaat sekarang oleh Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya supaya sebahagian perizaban yang disebut terdahulu itu dibatalkan: DAN BAHAWASANYA, notis mengenai cadangan untuk membatalkan sebahagian perizaban yang disebut terdahulu itu yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bersama dengan butir-butir mengenai masa dan tempat di mana suatu siasatan akan diadakan oleh Pentadbir Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya di Pejabat Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya, untuk mendengar mana-mana orang yang berhasrat untuk membantah terhadap pembatalan itu telah ditampalkan mengikut seksyen 433 Kanun Tanah Negara dan juga telah disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Persekutuan sebagai P.U. (B) 167/2019 pada 1 April 2019: P.U. (B) 384 3 DAN BAHAWASANYA, tiada apa-apa bantahan diterima terhadap cadangan untuk membatalkan sebahagian perizaban yang disebut terdahulu itu yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual: MAKA OLEH YANG DEMIKIAN, Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya, pada menjalankan kuasa di bawah seksyen 64 Kanun Tanah Negara yang diberikan kepada Kerajaan Persekutuan dan diwakilkan kepadanya sebagaimana yang disebut terdahulu, membatalkan perizaban tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual:

NATIONAL LAND CODE

REVOCATION OF RESERVATION OF LAND FOR PUBLIC PURPOSE

WHEREAS, by P.U. (B) 213/2014 published in the Gazette of the Government of the

Federation on 12 May 2014, in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1)

of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965] as modified by the Federal Territory of Putrajaya

(Modification of National Land Code) Order 2001 [P.U. (A) 213/2001], conferred upon the

Government of the Federation and delegated to it by Notification published in P.U. (B) 360/2002, the Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Putrajaya has reserved the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit a site for public park known as Taman Pancarona and has designated that the Federal Lands

Commissioner shall have control of the reserved land:

AND WHEREAS, by P.U. (B) 360/2002 published in the Gazette of the Government of the Federation on 28 November 2002, the Government of the Federation has delegated the exercise of its powers under section 64 of the National Land Code to the

Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Putrajaya:

AND WHEREAS, it now appears expedient to the Land Executive Committee of the

Federal Territory of Putrajaya that a part of the aforesaid reservation be revoked:

AND WHEREAS, notice of the proposal to revoke part of the aforesaid reservation as described in the Schedule together with details of the time and place at which an enquiry would be held by the Land Administrator of the Federal Territory of Putrajaya at the Office of Director of Lands and Mines of the Federal Territory of Putrajaya, to hear any person desiring to object to such revocation was affixed in accordance with section 433 of the National Land Code and was also published in the Gazette of the

Government of the Federation as P.U. (B) 167/2019 on 1 April 2019:

AND WHEREAS, no objection to the proposal to revoke part of the aforesaid reservation as described in the Schedule was received:

NOW THEREFORE, the Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of

Putrajaya, in exercise of the powers under section 64 of the National Land Code conferred upon the Government of the Federation and delegated to it as aforesaid, revokes the reservation of the land described in the Schedule:
