- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 45(5) Akta (Perancangan) Wilayah Persekutuan 1982 [Akta 267], Menteri melantik panel orang yang dinamakan dalam Jadual sebagai orang yang boleh diminta untuk berkhidmat sebagai ahli Lembaga Rayuan berkuat kuasa mulai 15 Ogos 2019 hingga 14 Ogos 2022. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 45(5) of the Federal Territory (Planning) Act 1982 [Act 267], the Minister appoints the panel of persons named in the Schedule as the persons who may be called upon to serve as members of the Appeal Board with effect from 15 August 2019 to 14 August 2022.
