- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 61(2) Akta Pencegahan Pengubahan Wang Haram, Pencegahan Pembiayaan Keganasan dan Hasil daripada Aktiviti Haram 2001 [Akta 613], notis diberikan kepada mana-mana pihak ketiga yang menuntut mempunyai apa-apa kepentingan dalam harta yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang menjadi hal perkara dalam prosiding di bawah subseksyen 56(1) Akta terhadap Hayatimas Sdn Bhd dan Warisan Pustaka Sdn Bhd supaya hadir di hadapan Mahkamah Tinggi 5, Shah Alam pada 10 September 2019 jam 9.00 pagi untuk menunjukkan sebab mengapa harta itu tidak boleh dilucuthakkan. Jadual Cek jurubank CIMB Bank Berhad, Cawangan Bukit Tinggi, No. 483406 bertarikh 4 Julai 2019 berjumlah RM85,000.00 atas nama KSU KPDNHEP sebagai deposit cagaran dan hasil sewa hartanah No. H.S. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 61(2) of the Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001 [Act 613], notice is given to any third party who claims to have any interest in the property specified in the Schedule which is the subject matter in the proceedings under subsection 56(1) of the Act against Hayatimas Sdn Bhd and Warisan Pustaka Sdn Bhd to attend before High Court 5, Shah Alam on 10 September 2019 at 9.00 a.m. to show cause as to why the property shall not be forfeited. Schedule Banker’s cheque CIMB Bank Berhad, Bukit Tinggi Branch, No. 483406 dated 4 July 2019 totalling RM85,000.00 in the name of the KSU KPDNHEP as a security deposit and rental income of property H.S.
