- MENURUT peraturan 9 Peraturan-Peraturan Pilihan Raya (Pendaftaran Pemilih) 2002 [P.U. (A) 293/2002], Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya menentukan bahawa Daftar Pemilih Induk Tahun 2018 yang diperaku semula pada 18 Februari 2019 dan diwartakan pada 20 Februari 2019 [P.U. (B) 98/2019], Daftar Pemilih Tambahan bagi Suku Pertama Tahun 2019 yang diperaku dan diwartakan pada 30 Mei 2019 [P.U. (B) 304/2019] dan Daftar Pemilih Tambahan bagi Suku Kedua Tahun 2019 yang diperaku pada 22 Ogos 2019 dan diwartakan pada 23 Ogos 2019 [P.U. (B) 405/2019] hendaklah digunakan dalam pilihan raya kecil P.165 Tanjung Piai dalam Negeri Johor. Preamble
- PURSUANT to regulation 9 of the Elections (Registration of Electors) Regulations 2002 [P.U. (A) 293/2002], the Election Commission determines that the Principal Electoral Roll of the Year 2018 re-certified on 18 February 2019 and gazetted on 20 February 2019 [P.U. (B) 98/2019], the Supplementary Electoral Roll for the First Quarter of the Year 2019 certified and gazetted on 30 May 2019 [P.U. (B) 304/2019] and the Supplementary Electoral Roll for the Second Quarter of the Year 2019 certified on 22 August 2019 and gazetted on 23 August 2019 [P.U. (B) 405/2019] shall be used in the by-election of the P.165 Tanjung Piai in the State of Johore.
