- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 4(1) Akta Pengurusan Strata 213 [Akta 757] dibaca bersama subseksyen 1(8) dan 4(2), Menteri Wilayah Persekutuan melantik Dato’ Nor Hisham bin A Dahlan sebagai Pesuruhjaya Bangunan bagi Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Oktober 2018. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 4(1) of the Strata Management Act 2013 [Act 757] read together with subsections 1(8) and 4(2), the Minister of Federal Territories appoints Dato’ Nor Hisham bin A Dahlan as the Commissioner of Buildings for the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur with effect from 1 October 2018.
