AKTA PENGANGKUTAN JALAN 1987
NOTIS DI BAWAH SEKSYEN 70
Datuk Bandar Kuala Lumpur, selepas berunding dengan Ketua Pengarah bagi
Pengangkutan Jalan, bercadang untuk membuat suatu perintah di bawah seksyen 70
Akta Pengangkutan Jalan 1987 [Akta 333], yang kesannya akan melarang pemanduan kenderaan di atas bahagian jalan yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual Pertama sebagaimana yang ditunjukkan dalam peta dalam Jadual Kedua, melainkan di atas jalan arah yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2) Jadual Pertama, bagi tempoh yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (3) Jadual Pertama.
Bantahan terhadap cadangan itu, jika ada, mestilah dihantar secara bertulis kepada Datuk Bandar Kuala Lumpur pada atau sebelum 4 Disember 2019
di Jabatan Pengangkutan Bandar, Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur, Tingkat 7, Menara
DBKL 2, Jalan Raja Laut, 50350 Kuala Lumpur.

ROAD TRANSPORT ACT 1987
NOTICE UNDER SECTION 70
The Commissioner of the City of Kuala Lumpur, after consultation with the
Director General for Road Transport, proposes to make an order under section 70 of the
Road Transport Act 1987 [Act 333], the effect of which will be to prohibit the driving of vehicles on the part of the road specified in column (1) of the First Schedule as shown on the map in the Second Schedule, otherwise than on the routes specified in column (2)
of the First Schedule, for the period specified in column (3) of the First Schedule.
Objections to the proposal, if any, must be sent in writing to the Commissioner of the City of Kuala Lumpur on or before 4 December 2019 at the Urban Transportation
Department, Kuala Lumpur City Hall, 7th Floor, Menara DBKL 2, Jalan Raja Laut, 50350
Kuala Lumpur.
