Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subperaturan 3(3) Peraturan-Peraturan Pilihan Raya (Pengundian Pos) 2003 [P.U. (A) 185/2003], Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya menetapkan permohonan untuk mengundi melalui pos oleh orang yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual boleh dibuat mulai tarikh yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2) dan tarikh akhir untuk membuat permohonan itu diperihalkan dalam ruang (3) bagi maksud pilihan raya kecil bagi kerusi Dewan Rakyat P.176 Kimanis dalam Negeri Sabah.
