- PADA menjalankan kuasa di bawah subseksyen 73(1) Akta Skim Kepentingan 2016 [Akta 778], Menteri mengecualikan Bukit Merah Memorial Holdings Berhad daripada mematuhi seksyen 47 Akta, berhubung dengan kepentingan dalam surat ikatan amanah bagi Bukit Merah Memorial Park Scheme, berkuat kuasa mulai 15 Julai 2019. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 73(1) of the Interest Schemes Act 2016 [Act 778], the Minister exempts Bukit Merah Memorial Holdings Berhad from complying with section 47 of the Act, in relation to the interest in the trust deed for the Bukit Merah Memorial Park Scheme, with effect from 15 July 2019.
