Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 14 dan 17 Akta (Perancangan) Wilayah Persekutuan 1982 [Akta 267], Datuk Bandar Kuala Lumpur memberikan notis mengenai cadangan bagi perubahan Pelan Bandar Raya Kuala Lumpur 2020. Sesalinan draf cadangan bagi perubahan itu boleh diperiksa atau dibeli pada waktu pejabat di Jabatan Perancangan Bandar Raya, Tingkat 14, Menara DBKL 1, Jalan Raja Laut, 50350 Kuala Lumpur dari 10 Februari 2020 hingga 10 Mac 2020. Fi bagi pembelian salinan draf cadangan bagi perubahan itu hendaklah sebagaimana yang ditetapkan dalam Kaedah-Kaedah (Perancangan) Wilayah Persekutuan (Fi bagi Pembelian Draf Cadangan bagi Perubahan Pelan Tempatan) 2020 [P.U. (A) 52/2020]. Orang awam dipelawa untuk membuat bantahan atau representasi, secara bertulis, berkenaan dengan draf cadangan bagi perubahan itu dengan menyatakan alasan bagi bantahan atau representasi itu kepada Datuk Bandar Kuala Lumpur di Jabatan Perancangan Bandar Raya, Tingkat 9, Menara DBKL 1, Jalan Raja Laut, 50350 Kuala Lumpur atau melalui e-mel ke jprb@dbkl.gov.my, pada atau sebelum 10 Mac 2020. Datuk Bandar Kuala Lumpur akan menetapkan masa dan tempat untuk mendengar bantahan atau representasi yang dibuat. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by sections 14 and 17 of the Federal Territory (Planning) Act 1982 [Act 267], the Commissioner of the City of Kuala Lumpur gives notice of the proposal for alteration of the Kuala Lumpur City Plan 2020. A copy of the draft proposal for the alteration may be inspected or purchased during office hours at the Department of Town Planning, Level 14, Menara DBKL 1, Jalan Raja Laut, 50350 Kuala Lumpur from 10 February 2020 to 10 March 2020. The fee for the purchase of a copy of the draft proposal for the alteration shall be as prescribed in the Federal Territory (Planning) (Fee for Purchase of Draft Proposal for Alteration of Local Plan) Rules 2020 [P.U. (A) 52/2020]. The public is invited to make objections or representations, in writing, in respect of the draft proposal for the alteration stating the grounds for the objections or representations to the Commissioner of the City of Kuala Lumpur at the Department of Town Planning, Level 9, Menara DBKL 1, Jalan Raja Laut, 50350 Kuala Lumpur or by e-mail to jprb@dbkl.gov.my, on or before 10 March 2020. The Commissioner of the City of Kuala Lumpur will fix a time and place to hear the objections or representations made.
