- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 9(2) Akta Lembaga Perindustrian Kayu Malaysia (Pemerbadanan) 1973 [Akta 105], Lembaga, dengan keizinan Menteri, telah melantik Dato’ Dr. Mohd Puat bin Dahalan sebagai Timbalan Ketua Pengarah Lembaga berkuat kuasa mulai 3 September 2019. Pembatalan pelantikan 2. Pelantikan Puan Norchahaya binti Hashim sebagai Timbalan Ketua Pengarah Lembaga dalam Pelantikan Timbalan Ketua Pengarah Lembaga [P.U. (B) 178/2014] yang disiarkan dalam Warta pada 6 Mei 2014 dibatalkan berkuat kuasa mulai 19 Jun 2019. Pembatalan 3. Pelantikan Timbalan Ketua Pengarah Lembaga [P.U. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 9(2) of the Malaysian Timber Industry Board (Incorporation) Act 1973 [Act 105], the Board, with the consent of the Minister, has appointed Dato’ Dr. Mohd Puat bin Dahalan as the Deputy Director General of the Board with effect from 3 September 2019. Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Puan Norchahaya binti Hashim as the Deputy Director General of the Board in the Appointment of Deputy Director General of the Board [P.U. (B) 178/2014] published in the Gazette on 6 May 2014 is revoked with effect from 19 June 2019. P.U. (B) 120 3 Revocation 3. The Appointment of Deputy Director General of the Board [P.U.
