- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 20(1)(c) Akta Orang Kurang Upaya 2008 [Akta 685], Menteri telah melantik Nor Asikin binti Ibrahim sebagai Pendaftar Orang Kurang Upaya bagi Negeri Perak berkuat kuasa mulai 2 Januari 2020. Pembatalan pelantikan 2. Pelantikan Ruhaini binti Zawawi sebagai Pendaftar Orang Kurang Upaya bagi Negeri Perak dalam Pelantikan Pendaftar [P.U. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 20(1)(c) of the Persons with Disabilities Act 2008 [Act 685], the Minister has appointed Nor Asikin binti Ibrahim as the Registrar for Persons with Disabilities for the State of Perak with effect from 2 January 2020. Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Ruhaini binti Zawawi as the Registrar for Persons with Disabilities for the State of Perak in the Appointment of Registrar [P.U. (B) 151/2019] published in the Gazette on 26 March 2019 is revoked with effect from 2 January 2020. [JKMM800/01/15/1; PN(PU2)668/III]
