Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 9(1) Akta Setem 1949 [Akta 378], Pemungut memberi kuasa kepada orang yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual untuk mengkompaun bagi pembayaran duti ke atas surat cara yang dikenakan duti setem di bawah Butiran dalam Jadual Pertama Akta yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2) mulai tarikh yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (3).

STAMP ACT 1949

NOTIFICATION OF AUTHORIZED PERSON TO COMPOUND INSTRUMENT

UNDER SUBSECTION 9(1)

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 9(1) of the Stamp Act 1949

[Act 378], the Collector authorizes the persons specified in column (1) of the Schedule to compound for the payment of duty on the instruments chargeable with stamp duty under the Item in the First Schedule of the Act specified in column (2) with effect from the date specified in column (3).
