Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 5(1) Akta Lembaga Koko Malaysia (Pemerbadanan) 1988 [Akta 343], Menteri telah melantik Puan Aida Baizura binti Mohd Nor sebagai anggota silih ganti kepada Puan Kanagadevi a/p Pachaiappan yang telah dilantik sebagai anggota Lembaga di bawah perenggan 3B(b) Akta dalam pemberitahuan Pelantikan Anggota dan Anggota Silih Ganti Lembaga [P.U. (B) 185/2019] yang telah disiarkan dalam Warta pada 15 April 2019. Tempoh pelantikan 2. Pelantikan Puan Aida Baizura binti Mohd Nor sebagai anggota silih ganti kepada anggota Lembaga Puan Kanagadevi a/p Pachaiappan berkuat kuasa mulai 2 Oktober 2019 hingga 31 Januari 2021. Pembatalan pelantikan 3. Pelantikan Dr. Sang Yew Ngin sebagai anggota silih ganti kepada anggota Lembaga Puan Kanagadevi a/p Pachaiappan sebagaimana yang disiarkan dalam P.U. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 5(1) of the Malaysian Cocoa Board (Incorporation) Act 1988 [Act 343], the Minister has appointed Puan Aida Baizura binti Mohd Nor as the alternate member to Puan Kanagadevi a/p Pachaiappan who has been appointed as a member of the Board under paragraph 3B(b) of the Act in the notification of Appointment of Members and Alternate Members of the Board [P.U. (B) 185/2019] published in the Gazette on 15 April 2019. P.U. (B) 153 3 Duration of appointment 2. The appointment of Puan Aida Baizura binti Mohd Nor as the alternate member to the member of the Board Puan Kanagadevi a/p Pachaiappan shall have effect from 2 October 2019 to 31 January 2021. Revocation of appointment 3. The appointment of Dr. Sang Yew Ngin as the alternate member to the member of the Board Puan Kanagadevi a/p Pachaiappan as published in P.U.
