- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 4(1)(c) dan subseksyen 5(1) Akta Lembaga Lebuh Raya Malaysia (Pemerbadanan) 1980 [Akta 231], Menteri telah melantik Dato’ Razali bin Mohamad sebagai anggota Lembaga dan Puan Farzaana binti Muhamad sebagai anggota silih gantinya bagi tempoh mulai 30 Oktober 2019 hingga 29 Oktober 2021. Pembatalan pelantikan 2. Pelantikan Dato’ Abdul Razak bin Jaafar sebagai anggota Lembaga dalam Pelantikan dan Pembatalan Pelantikan Anggota dan Anggota Silih Ganti Lembaga 2019 [P. U. (B) 603/2019] yang disiarkan dalam Warta pada 21 November 2019 dibatalkan berkuat kuasa mulai 7 November 2019. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 4(1)(c) and subsection 5(1) of the Highway Authority Malaysia (Incorporation) Act 1980 [Act 231], the Minister has appointed Dato’ Razali bin Mohamad as a member of the Authority and Puan Farzaana binti Muhamad as his alternate member for the period from 30 October 2019 to 29 October 2021. Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Dato’ Abdul Razak bin Jaafar as a member of the Authority in the notification of Appointment and Revocation of Appointment of Member and Alternate Member of the Authority [P.U. (B) 603/2019] published in the Gazette on 21 November 2019 are revoked with effect from 7 November 2019. [KKR.PUU.110-1/1/3/1; PN(PU2)368/VIII]
