- In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 7(2)(iii) of the Federal Territory (Planning) Act 1982 [Act 267], the Commissioner of the City of Kuala Lumpur further extends the last date for making objections and representations in respect of the draft Kuala Lumpur Structure Plan 2040 referred to in the Notice of Preparation of Draft Structure Plan for the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur [P.U.
