- BAHAWASANYA kerusi Ahli bagi Bahagian Pilihan Raya Negeri N.23 Chini, Pahang telah menjadi kosong berikutan kematian Ahli tersebut. SILA AMBIL PERHATIAN bahawa Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya telah mengeluarkan writ pilihan raya pada 15 Mei 2020 kepada pegawai pengurus Bahagian Pilihan Raya Negeri N.23 Chini, Pahang dan bahawa hari penamaan bagi Bahagian Pilihan Raya tersebut ialah pada 20 Jun 2020 dan bahawa sekiranya pilihan raya itu dipertandingkan dalam Bahagian Pilihan Raya, maka hari mengundi awal ialah pada 30 Jun 2020 dan hari mengundi ialah pada 4 Julai 2020. Preamble
- WHEREAS the seat of the Member of the State Constituency of N.23 Chini, Pahang has become vacant in consequence of the death of the said Member. TAKE NOTICE that the Election Commission has issued an election writ on 15 May 2020 to the returning officer of the State Constituency of N.23 Chini, Pahang and that the day of nomination in respect of the said Constituency shall be 20 June 2020 and that in the event of a contested election in this Constituency, the advance polling day shall be 30 June 2020 and the polling day shall be 4 July 2020.
