BERIKUTAN penyiaran Notis Pemulaan Penyiasatan Duti Anti-Lambakan mengenai

Import Produk Gulungan Rata Keluli Bukan Aloi Disadur atau Disalut Aluminium dan Zink yang Berasal atau Dieksport dari Republik Rakyat China, Republik Korea dan

Republik Sosialis Viet Nam dalam P.U. (B) 177/2020 pada 17 Mac 2020,

Kerajaan melanjutkan tempoh masa dengan tambahan sebanyak tiga puluh hari mulai 15 Julai 2020 hingga 13 Ogos 2020 untuk membuat penentuan awal menurut subperaturan 10(2) Peraturan-Peraturan Duti Timbal Balas dan Anti-Lambakan 1994

[P.U. (A) 233/1994] dalam hal penyiasatan duti anti-lambakan mengenai import produk gulungan rata keluli bukan aloi disadur atau disalut aluminium dan zink yang berasal atau dieksport dari Republik Rakyat China, Republik Korea dan Republik Sosialis Viet Nam.

FOLLOWING the publication of the Notice of Initiation of an Anti-Dumping Duty

Investigation with regard to the Imports of Flat Rolled Product of Non-Alloy Steel Plated or

Coated with

Aluminium and

Zinc

Originating or

Exported from the

People’s Republic of China, the Republic of Korea and the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam in P.U. (B) 177/2020 on 17 March 2020, the Government extends the time period by an additional thirty days from 15 July 2020 until 13 August 2020 for making the preliminary determination pursuant to subregulation 10(2) of the Countervailing and Anti-Dumping Duties Regulations 1994 [P.U. (A) 233/1994] in the case of anti-dumping duty investigation with regard to the imports of flat rolled product of non-alloy steel plated or coated with aluminium and zinc originating or exported from the People’s Republic of China, the Republic of Korea and the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam.
