- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 10(2) of the Free Zones Act 1990 [Act 438], the Minister makes the following notification: Citation and commencement

Amendment of Second Schedule
Seksyen 2
The Second Schedule to the Free Zones Act 1990 is amended by substituting for item 22 and the particulars relating to it the following item and particulars:

The area situated in the Mukim of Tebrau, District of Johor Bahru, Johor, that is bounded by the grey line as shown in the Gazette Plan 3450 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping, Johor.
