IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 5(1) of the Competition Commission Act 2010 [Act 713], the Prime Minister, upon the recommendation of the Minister, has appointed Anil Abraham as a member of the Competition Commission with effect from 1 June 2020 to 31 May 2023. Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Prof. Dr. Saadiah Mohamad in the notification of Appointment of the Members of the Competition Commission [P.U. (B) 585/2017] as published in the Gazette on 18 December 2017 as a member of the Competition Commission is revoked with effect from 31 May 2020. [KPDNKK 600-15/1/3; PN(PU2)705]
