- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 21(1)(a) Akta Lembaga Minyak Sawit Malaysia 1998 [Akta 582], Lembaga, dengan kelulusan Menteri, telah melantik Dr. Ramle bin Moslim sebagai Timbalan Ketua Pengarah (Perkhidmatan) Lembaga berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Jun 2020. Pembatalan pelantikan 2. Pelantikan Encik Balu a/l Nambiappan dalam pemberitahuan Pelantikan Timbalan Ketua Pengarah Lembaga [P.U. (B) 140/2020] yang disiarkan dalam Warta pada 24 Februari 2020 sebagai Timbalan Ketua Pengarah (Perkhidmatan) Lembaga dibatalkan berkuat kuasa mulai 23 Mei 2020. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 21(1)(a) of the Malaysian Palm Oil Board Act 1998 [Act 582], the Board, with the approval of the Minister, has appointed Dr. Ramle bin Moslim as the Deputy Director General (Services) of the Board with effect from 1 June 2020. Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Encik Balu a/l Nambiappan in the notification of Appointment of Deputy Director General of the Board [P.U. (B) 140/2020] as published in the Gazette on 24 February 2020 as the Deputy Director General (Services) of the Board is revoked with effect from 23 May 2020.
