- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 2(2) Akta Membaharui Undang-Undang (Perkahwinan dan Perceraian) 1976 [Akta 164], Yang di-Pertuan Agong, atas nasihat Hakim Besar Mahkamah Tinggi di Malaya, memberi kepada Hakim Mahkamah Sesyen yang dinamakan dalam Jadual bidang kuasa untuk menguruskan apa-apa perkara di bawah Akta ini berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Julai 2020. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 2(2) of the Law Reform (Marriage and Divorce) Act 1976 [Act 164], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, on the advice of the Chief Judge of the High Court in Malaya, confers upon the Sessions Court Judges named in the Schedule jurisdiction to deal with any matter under this Act with effect from 1 July 2020.
