- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 5(1) of the Competition Commission Act 2010 [Act 713], the Prime Minister, upon the recommendation of the Minister, has appointed Datuk Tay Lee Ly as a member of the Competition Commission with effect from 1 July 2020 to 30 June 2023.
