  1. BAHAWASANYA Dewan Undangan bagi Negeri Sabah telah menjadi kosong berikutan dengan pembubaran Dewan tersebut pada 30 Julai 2020 oleh Yang Di-Pertua Negeri Sabah. SILA AMBIL PERHATIAN bahawa Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya telah mengeluarkan writ pilihan raya 17 Ogos 2020 kepada pegawai pengurus Bahagian Pilihan Raya Negeri Sabah yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual dan bahawa hari penamaan bagi setiap Bahagian Pilihan Raya Negeri itu ialah pada 12 September 2020 dan sekiranya pilihan raya itu dipertandingkan dalam mana-mana Bahagian Pilihan Raya, maka hari mengundi awal ialah pada 22 September 2020 dan hari mengundi ialah pada 26 September 2020.   1. WHEREAS the Legislative Assembly of the State of Sabah has become vacant in consequence of its dissolution on 30 July 2020 by the Yang Di-Pertua of Sabah. P.U. (B) 3 TAKE NOTICE that the Election Commission has issued election writs on 17 August 2020 to the returning officers of the State Constituencies of Sabah specified in the Schedule and that the day of nomination in respect of each State Constituency shall be 12 September 2020 and that in the event of a contested election in any of such Constituencies, the advance polling day shall be 22 September 2020 and the polling day shall be 26 September 2020.
