- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 2 Akta Binatang 1953 [Akta 647], dalam takrif “disease”, Menteri mengisytiharkan penyakit binatang dan burung yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual Pertama sebagai penyakit lain mengikut pengertian Akta dan membatalkan, sebagaimana dalam Jadual Kedua, perisytiharan penyakit lain yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) dalam Notis Perisytiharan yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2) yang disiarkan dalam Warta pada tarikh yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (3). Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Animals Act 1953 [Act 647], in the definition of “disease”, the Minister declares the animal and bird diseases specified in the First Schedule to be other diseases within the meaning of the Act and revokes, as in the Second Schedule, the declaration as other dieseases specified in column (1) in the Notice of Declaration specified in column (2) published in the Gazette on the date specified in column (3).
