- MENURUT peraturan 9 Peraturan-Peraturan Pilihan Raya (Pendaftaran Pemilih) 2002 [P.U. (A) 293/2002], Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya menentukan bahawa Daftar Pemilih Induk Tahun 2019 dan Daftar Pemilih Tambahan bagi Suku Pertama Tahun 2020 yang diperaku pada 17 Julai 2020 dan disiarkan dalam Warta pada 12 Ogos 2020 dalam P.U. (B) 377/2020 dan Daftar Pemilih Tambahan bagi Suku Kedua Tahun 2020 yang diperaku dan disiarkan dalam Warta pada 26 Ogos 2020 dalam P.U. (B) 435/2020 hendaklah digunakan dalam pilihan raya kecil P.185 Batu Sapi dalam Negeri Sabah. Preamble
- PURSUANT to regulation 9 of the Elections (Registration of Electors) Regulations 2002 [P.U. (A) 293/2002], the Election Commission determines that the Principal Electoral Roll of the Year 2019 and Supplementary Electoral Roll for the First Quarter of the Year 2020 certified on 17 July 2020 and published in the Gazette on 12 August 2020 in P.U. (B) 377/2020 and the Supplementary Electoral Roll for the Second Quarter of the Year 2020 certified and published in the Gazette on 26 August 2020 in P.U. (B) 435/2020 shall be used in the by-election of P.185 Batu Sapi in the State of Sabah.
