NOTIFICATION UNDER PARAGRAPH 3(1)(e) FOR THE PURPOSE OF BY-ELECTION

FOR THE SEAT OF THE DEWAN RAKYAT P.185 BATU SAPI

IN THE STATE OF SABAH

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 3(1)(e) of the Elections (Postal Voting)

Regulations 2003 [P.U. (A) 185/2003], the Election Commission designates the persons specified in column (1) of the Schedule being members of the category of persons described in column (2) as postal voters for the purpose of a by-election for the seat of the Dewan Rakyat P.185 Batu Sapi in the State Sabah.

Thailand, Brunei and Kalimantan and persons referred to in paragraphs (c),

Any citizen of Malaysia residing abroad who has been in Malaysia, or returns to

Malaysia, for a period of not less than thirty days within five years before 7 October 2020 which is the date of vacancy established by the Election
