PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 399(2)(f) Kanun Tatacara Jenayah [Akta 593], Menteri mengisytiharkan bahawa Pegawai Sains yang berkhidmat di Lembaga Perlesenan Tenaga Atom, Malaysia dan yang menyediakan laporan mengenai mana-mana orang, perkara atau benda yang dirujuk kepada Lembaga Perlesenan Tenaga Atom untuk pemeriksaan atau penganalisisan, ialah orang yang baginya peruntukan dalam seksyen 399 Kanun Tatacara Jenayah terpakai.

Perisytiharan di bawah perenggan (1) terpakai bagi Pegawai Sains itu bagi tempoh yang mereka sedang berkhidmat di Lembaga Perlesenan Tenaga Atom, Malaysia.

  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 399(2)(f) of the Criminal Procedure Code [Act 593], the Minister declares that the Science Officers employed in the Atomic Energy Licensing Board, Malaysia and who prepare reports on any person, matter or thing referred to the Atomic Energy Licensing Board for examination or analysis, are persons to whom the provisions of section 399 of the Criminal Procedure Code shall apply.

(2)

The declaration under paragraph (1) shall apply to the Science Officers for the period that they remain employed in the Atomic Energy Licensing Board, Malaysia.
