Selangor Kuala Lumpur International Airport, Sepang, situated in the Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Sepang town, District of Sepang, State of Selangor, that is bounded by the grey line as shown in the Gazette Plan 3004 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping, State of Selangor.

PEMBERITAHUAN ZON BEBAS (PINDAAN JADUAL PERTAMA) (No.2) 2020

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 10(2) Akta Zon Bebas 1990 [Akta 438], Menteri membuat pemberitahuan yang berikut:

Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

1. (1) Pemberitahuan ini bolehlah dinamakan Pemberitahuan Zon Bebas (Pindaan Jadual Pertama) (No.2) 2020.

Pemberitahuan ini mula berkuat kuasa pada 20 Oktober 2020.

Pindaan Jadual Pertama

2. Jadual Pertama kepada Akta Zon Bebas 1990 dipinda dalam butiran 10 dengan menggantikan perkataan "Pelan Warta 1207 dan Pelan Warta 1981" dengan perkataan "Pelan Warta 1207, Pelan Warta 1981 dan Pelan Warta 3004".

FREE ZONES ACT 1990

FREE ZONES (AMENDMENT OF FIRST SCHEDULE) NOTIFICATION (No.2) 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 10(2) of the Free Zones Act 1990 [Act 438], the Minister makes the following notification:

Citation and commencement

1. (1) This notification may be cited as the Free Zones (Amendment of First Schedule) Notification (No. 2) 2020.

This Notification comes into operation on 20 October 2020.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. The First Schedule to the Free Zones Act 1990 is amended in item 10 by substituting for the words "Gazette Plan 1207 and Gazette Plan 1981" the words "Gazette Plan 1207, Gazette Plan 1981 and Gazette Plan 3004".
