PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 61(2) Akta Pencegahan Pengubahan Wang Haram, Pencegahan Pembiayaan Keganasan dan Hasil daripada Aktiviti Haram 2001 [Akta 613], notis diberikan kepada mana-mana pihak ketiga yang menuntut mempunyai apa-apa kepentingan dalam harta yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang menjadi hal perkara dalam prosiding di bawah subseksyen 56(1) terhadap Sparkle Paradise Sdn. Bhd., Golden Sun Reflexology dan Chan Sai Loke supaya hadir di hadapan Mahkamah Tinggi Jenayah 6, Shah Alam pada 18 November 2020 jam 9.00 pagi untuk menunjukkan sebab mengapa harta itu tidak boleh dilucuthakkan.

Chan Sai Loke to attend before Criminal High Court 6, Shah Alam on 18 November 2020

at 9.00 a.m. to show cause as to why the properties shall not be forfeited.
