Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, pada menjalankan kuasa di bawah subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], yang diwakilkan kepada Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur melalui pemberitahuan dalam Pewakilan Kuasa di bawah Seksyen 13 [P.U. (B) 108/2003] oleh
Kerajaan Persekutuan yang kepadanya diberikan kuasa di bawah Kanun Tanah Negara oleh Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan (Pengubahsuaian Kanun Tanah Negara) 1974

menetapkan bahawa Ketua Setiausaha Negara hendaklah mempunyai kawalan ke atas tanah rizab dalam perenggan (a).

Federation upon whom the powers under the National Land Code had been conferred by the

[P.U. (A) 56/1974]—
(a)
reserves the land described in the Schedule for the public purpose of a site for a multipurpose hall and a kindergarten; and
(b)
designates that the Chief Secretary to the Government shall have control of the reserved land in paragraph (a).
