PERIZABAN TANAH BAGI MAKSUD AWAM
Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan, pada menjalankan kuasa di bawah subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], yang diwakilkan kepada Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan melalui pemberitahuan dalam Pewakilan Kuasa di bawah Seksyen 13 [P.U. (B) 242/2010] oleh Kerajaan
Persekutuan yang kepadanya diberikan kuasa di bawah Kanun Tanah Negara oleh
Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan (Pemerluasan dan Ubah Suaian Kanun Tanah
Negara) 2009 [P.U. (A) 454/2009]—
(b)
menetapkan bahawa Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan ke atas tanah rizab dalam perenggan (a).

NATIONAL LAND CODE
RESERVATION OF LAND FOR PUBLIC PURPOSE
The Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Labuan, in exercise of the powers under subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], delegated to the
Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Labuan by notification in the
Delegation of Powers under Section 13 [P.U. (B) 242/2010] by the Government of the
Federation upon whom the powers under the National Land Code had been conferred by the Federal Territory of Labuan (Extension and Modification of National Land Code)
Order 2009 [P.U. (A) 454/2009]—
(a)
reserves the land described in the Schedule for the public purpose of a site for a Muslim burial ground; and
(b)
designates that the Federal Lands Commissioner shall have control of the reserved land in paragraph (a).
