NATIONAL LAND CODE

RESERVATION OF LAND FOR PUBLIC PURPOSE

The Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Labuan, in exercise of the powers under subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], delegated to the

Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Labuan by notification in the

Delegation of Powers under Section 13 [P.U. (B) 242/2010] by the Government of the

Federation upon whom the powers under the National Land Code had been conferred by the Federal Territory of Labuan (Extension and Modification of National Land Code)

Order 2009 [P.U. (A) 454/2009]—

(a)

reserves the land described in the Schedule for the public purpose of a site for a Muslim burial ground; and

(b)

designates that the Federal Lands Commissioner shall have control of the reserved land in paragraph (a).
