- IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 21(1)(a) of the Industrial Relations Act 1967 [Act 177], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong has appointed Dato’ Rasidah binti Haji Chik as the President of the Industrial Court with effect from 15 September 2020.
