- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 11 Akta Pihak Berkuasa Kemajuan Pekebun Kecil Perusahaan Getah 1972 [Akta 85], Menteri telah melantik Abdullah bin Zainal @ Deraman sebagai Ketua Pengarah Pihak Berkuasa Kemajuan Pekebun Kecil Perusahaan Getah berkuat kuasa mulai 17 Jun 2020. Pembatalan pelantikan 2. Pelantikan Dato’ Wan Ahmad Shabri Zainuddin bin Wan Mohamad sebagai Ketua Pengarah Pihak Berkuasa Kemajuan Pekebun Kecil Perusahaan Getah yang disiarkan dalam P.U. (B) 438/2017 pada 12 September 2017 dibatalkan mulai 17 Jun 2020. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the Rubber Industry Smallholders Development Authority Act 1972 [Act 85], the Minister has appointed Abdullah bin Zainal @ Deraman as the Director General of the Rubber Industry Smallholders Development Authority with effect from 17 June 2020. Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Dato’ Wan Ahmad Shabri Zainuddin bin Wan Mohamad as the Director General of the Rubber Industry Smallholders Development Authority as published in P.U.
