- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 3(1) Akta Perhutanan Negara 1984 [Akta 313] dibaca bersama Jadual Kelima Akta, Menteri membatalkan pelantikan Umikalsum binti Nan sebagai Penolong Pengarah Perhutanan sebagaimana yang disiarkan dalam P.U. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(1) of the National Forestry Act 1984 [Act 313] read together with the Fifth Schedule to the Act, the Minister has revoked the appointment of Umikalsum binti Nan as the Assistant Director of Forestry published in P.U. (B) 107/2018 on 28 February 2018 with effect from 1 January 2020. [KATS/PUU 100-1/3; PN(PU2)411/IV]
