Preamble

MENURUT perenggan 28(1)(c) Akta Perlindungan Varieti Baru Tumbuhan 2004 [Akta 634], Lembaga menyiarkan pendaftaran varieti baru tumbuhan dan pemberian hak pembiak baka yang telah direkodkan dalam Daftar Varieti Baru Tumbuhan sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual. PURSUANT to paragraph 28(1)(c) of the Protection of New Plant Varieties Act 2004 [Act 634], the Board publishes the registration of the new plant variety and grant of breeder’s right that has been recorded in the Register of New Plant Varieties as specified in the Schedule. 3
