- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 9(2) Akta Lembaga Perindustrian Kayu Malaysia (Pemerbadanan) 1973 [Akta 105], Lembaga, dengan keizinan Menteri, telah melantik Puan Hajah Robiyah bte Husin sebagai Timbalan Ketua Pengarah Lembaga berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Disember 2020. Pembatalan pelantikan 2. Pelantikan Dato’ Dr. Mohd Puat bin Dahalan sebagai Timbalan Ketua Pengarah Lembaga dalam pemberitahuan Pelantikan Timbalan Ketua Pengarah Lembaga [P.U. (B) 120/2020] yang disiarkan dalam Warta pada 19 Februari 2020 dibatalkan berkuat kuasa mulai 30 November 2020. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 9(2) of the Malaysian Timber Industry Board (Incorporation) Act 1973 [Act 105], the Board, with the consent of the Minister, has appointed Puan Hajah Robiyah bte Husin as the Deputy Director General of the Board with effect from 1 December 2020. Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Dato’ Dr. Mohd Puat bin Dahalan as the Deputy Director General of the Board in the notification of Appointment of Deputy Director General of the Board [P.U.
