PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 22 Akta Perlindungan Varieti Baru Tumbuhan 2004 [Akta 634], Lembaga memberitahu bahawa suatu permohonan telah dibuat bagi pendaftaran varieti baru tumbuhan dan pemberian hak pembiak baka sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual.
