IN exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (5) of Article 42 of the Federal Constitution, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong has appointed Tan Sri Zaharah binti Ibrahim to be a member of the Pardons Board for the Federal Territories of Kuala Lumpur, Labuan and Putrajaya constituted under Clause (11) of Article 42 for a period of three years with effect from 9 April 2021 until 8 April 2024.
