- MENURUT seksyen 19 Akta Mahkamah Kehakiman 1964 [Akta 91], Hakim Besar Mahkamah Tinggi di Malaya menetapkan Mahkamah Butterworth, Jalan Bagan Jermal, 12300 Butterworth, Pulau Pinang sebagai tempat untuk perbicaraan dan pendengaran perkara jenayah bagi Mahkamah Tinggi di Malaya mulai 1 Februari 2021. - PURSUANT to section 19 of the Courts of Judicature Act 1964 [Act 91], the Chief Judge of the High Court in Malaya appoints Mahkamah Butterworth, Jalan Bagan Jermal, 12300 Butterworth, Penang as the place for the trial and hearing of criminal matters of the High Court in Malaya with effect from 1 February 2021.
