- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 20(1)(c) Akta Orang Kurang Upaya 2008 [Akta 685], Menteri telah melantik Mazura binti Ngah Abd Manan sebagai Pendaftar Orang Kurang Upaya bagi Negeri Terengganu berkuat kuasa mulai 12 April 2021. Pembatalan pelantikan 2. Pelantikan Rusmi bin Mahmood sebagai Pendaftar Orang Kurang Upaya bagi Negeri Terengganu dalam Pelantikan Pendaftar [P.U. (B) 402/2016] yang disiarkan dalam Warta pada 9 September 2016 dibatalkan berkuat kuasa mulai 12 April 2021. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 20(1)(c) of the Persons with Disabilities Act 2008 [Act 685], the Minister has appointed Mazura binti Ngah Abd Manan as the Registrar for Persons with Disabilities for the State of Terengganu with effect from 12 April 2021. Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Rusmi bin Mahmood as the Registrar for Persons with Disabilities for the State of Terengganu in the Appointment of Registrar [P.U. (B) 402/2016] published in the Gazette on 9 September 2016 is revoked with effect from 12 April 2021. [JKMM800/01/15/1; PN(PU2)668/III]
