- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 1(2) of the Employees Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2007 [Act A1300], the Minister appoints 8 June 2021 as the date on which subparagraph 23(f)(iv) of the Act in relation to paragraph 54(6)(j) of the Employees Provident Fund Act 1991 [Act 452] comes into operation.
