- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 5(1) Akta Imigresen 1959/63 [Akta 155], Menteri mengisytiharkan Kompleks Kastam, Imigresen dan Kuarantin di Pantai Desaru, Daerah Kota Tinggi dalam Negeri Johor sebagai tempat mendarat yang dibenarkan dan pintu masuk yang dibenarkan. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 5(1) of the Immigration Act 1959/63 [Act 155], the Minister declares the Custom, Immigration and Quarantine Complex at the Desaru Coast, District of Kota Tinggi in the State of Johore to be the authorized landing place and authorized point of entry.
