- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 20(1)(c) Akta Orang Kurang Upaya 2008 [Akta 685], Menteri telah melantik Mohamad Guntor bin Rajaee sebagai Pendaftar Orang Kurang Upaya bagi Negeri Sarawak berkuat kuasa mulai 1 November 2020. Pembatalan pelantikan 2. Pelantikan Joni bin Nuruddin sebagai Pendaftar Orang Kurang Upaya bagi Negeri Sarawak dalam Pelantikan Pendaftar [P.U. (B) 502/2011] yang disiarkan dalam Warta pada 19 September 2011 dibatalkan berkuat kuasa mulai 1 November 2020. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 20(1)(c) of the Persons with Disabilities Act 2008 [Act 685], the Minister has appointed Mohamad Guntor bin Rajaee as the Registrar for Persons with Disabilities for the State of Sarawak with effect from 1 November 2020. Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Joni bin Nuruddin as the Registrar for Persons with Disabilities for the State of Sarawak in the Appointment of Registrar [P.U. (B) 502/2011] published in the Gazette on 19 September 2011 is revoked with effect from 1 November 2020. [JKMM800/01/15/1; PN(PU2)668/III]
